If you've missed out on Silverlake Wine's incredible Sunday tastings (like this one), now's the time to R.S.V.P. and go since it's the last one of the year. They are also anticipating a turnout so will be doing two sessions: 3 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.
In time for celebrations, this Sunday they are pouring five champagnes in the truest sense, as in from Champagne, France. Four of them will be paired with hors d'oeuvres from Heirloom LA. Definitely a nice deal for $20 per person.
The five French bubblies to be poured (and discounted 10% if you wanna buy on Sunday) are:
Parigot y Richard Cremant de Bourgogne NV
Paul Berthelot Brut NV
Carre Guebels 1er Cru Blanc de Blancs NV
Bruno Gobillard Vielle Vignes NV
Guy Chassey Grand Cru 1999
